If you know me, you know I love Kim Kardashian West, always have, always will. That’s why, whenever she comes out with another product that I am interested in, I have to test it out.Continue reading
Hi everyone! How are you all doing? I am almost at 100 followers here on WordPress and honestly, I cannot believe it. I am so excited you are all enjoying my content enough to follow along—so it means a lot to me!
Today I am sharing How I Shop on a Budget. My friends, family and sometimes people I don’t even know that well are always asking me, how do you have such nice clothes but you confess that you don’t spend a lot of money?
Well, I will let you in on my BIG secret. Here it goes (and you may think this is wacky, but it’s how ya girl stays on a budget): I have little price-points in my head for every article of clothing and if it meets that price-point or falls below it, I will usually get it (and that’s only if I am completely in love with the item or actually need it). If it’s above, well it better be a MUST HAVE or I am NOT getting it. Below I will share my price points for different clothing items that the price MUST fall below. *This is for everyday/weekend wear (meaning, if it is an important event, no, I don’t cap my dress price at $25.)*
Hey everyone! I figured it’s about darn time I wrote a blog post about one of the very true loves in my life, Colourpop Cosmetics.
I want to say one and a half years ago, my good friend Sarah (hi Sar) introduced me to Colourpop, and since then I think I have surpassed her obsession with them into a full blown Colourpop junkie. Although, I am pretty sure we both have the same amount of Matte Lippies from them. (I am up to 12, and no I have ZERO shame in that…they’re ONLY $6!!!)
Today I’m talking faux fur! I had a feeling faux fur was going to be in this year, and I was right! This jacket is really cute—but there’s a story behind it…of course! Back in September, I was gifted a gift card from Citizen’s Bank through social media, for Amazon! I was so excited, and wanted to use it to do a little Amazon clothing haul. I ordered three items, this coat being one of them. Two weeks after I ordered, the first two items came (from China) and they were so small, poor quality, and looking NOTHING like how they were displayed. This coat was shipped separately and JUST came last week!! Though it took a long time, I was really happy with the fact that it fit, it’s super cute and nice quality. Enough with the back story, let’s get into this look!
Hello everyone! It’s been a while since I posted an outfit so here we are!
Today I am going to talk about mixing and matching neutral colors and playing around with them in your day-to-day outfits. Neutral colors are a beautiful thing to me because they can be inserted into almost every outfit. For me, they’re basically a staple!
Happy Sunday, everyone! I am taking this Sunday to unwind after a long couple of weeks, what are you up to today?
I recently went shopping for some makeup staples, brushes, foundation, concealer and bronzer — things I don’t refill a lot, but it was definitely time! So often, I get caught up in getting new eye pencils or lip colors that I forget I sometimes need to stock up on the necessities, the every day make up! Let’s get started.
Welcome back everyone! I hope you all had a good couple of weeks and are ready for the fall season!
I don’t know where all of my readers are from, but I will tell you that here in New England, we still don’t know whether it is fall or summer! Luckily, we are about to find out because the weather forecast is looking especially chilly this week…yay!
With that being said, let’s dive into this ultra fall look!
Hi all! SO this past weekend was really exciting for me and one of the things I got to do was attend the Her Campus College Fashion Week! The event was in Boston and it was such a nice venue with a lot to do and a lot to see.
I have 10 items from the event to review for you guys with link to all of them so let’s get started!
I’ll post a photo, the name and 3 quick need-to-knows about the product!
What’s up everyone! It’s been a couple of days since I posted parts 1 and 2 of this amazing transition series I planned for you — I just moved into my senior year of college at Roger Williams University so I have been so busy.
Aside from that, let’s get to talking about this outfit that I am so in love with. The best part? Both parts of this look, (jumpsuit and shoes) came from 2 of my most favorite boutiques that I cannot wait to rave about to you guys!!
Why this look works for the transition: The jumpsuit (which you can see all about where I got it below) is a heavier fabric but it is completely open in the front (hello breeze) and the sleeves are rolled so it is a lighter look. The shoes are an interesting twist on regular flats and they expose a lot of the foot so I think I will only be able to get away with them until October. I think mixing two pieces that work for summer and early fall make for the perfect transition outfit! I did no jewelry with this because I wanted it to be all about these two statement pieces and I also did a slicked down pony to add to the simplicity.
