You may have heard that it doesn’t take a whole lot to make us gals happy (and you may be saying to yourself right now, “that’s crap”, but I promise, it doesn’t!
Let’s start slow and move our way up to the big leagues, shall we?
Happy Sunday, everyone! Today I am writing about how and where to find the best pieces, that fit your style and wardrobe!
The idea for this blog post came to mind, because in the picture above, I am wearing a $4 sweater that I found at the place my grandma lives! It goes to show that you don’t have to be looking in the trendiest place to find such a gem. This sweater probably has a story that I may or may not want to know about, but the fact that it is mine now is so cool to me!
Welcome back, everyone! Tonight I am sharing a simple, yet chic look, that has become one of my go-to’s this winter. Between the cold and unpredictable weather, I want to keep covered at all TIMES! With that being said, I am obsessed with turtlenecks. They are so comfortable and cute. They are also quite stylish because I don’t think a lot of people wear them or think to wear them!
Hey everyone! I don’t know about you, but here in CT, we are getting so much rain today! The upside? It’s 50 DEGREES! Last week we were seeing temperatures like -10, so this is quite the treat.
For my rainy day blues, I usually like to cheer myself up by writing a blog post and sharing some outfit inspiration.
Opposite to my usual Friday nights, I am actually going out on the town tonight! I figured, what better, than to share a “night out” with you all. Here it goes!
This look is sort of casual, but still dressy and works for almost any hangout with friends or family. The shirt is satin-y feeling and a burnt orange color, and I paired it with black jeans for a very night time look. In this shot, I am wearing pointed toe heels (I know, not reallllly suitable for this particular weather, but they could be come spring time!) Though I have the heels on, if it is cold, feel free to switch them out for some booties or thigh highs with a heel.
I originally intended to do a low bun with some gold hoops for this outfit, but it completely slipped my mind when I was at the photoshoot! Hair down or up however, I feel that either works.
I cannot wait to wear this outfit when it actually gets a little warmer permanently, but a gal can wish!
Happy Friday everyone! How are you spending your Friday night?
XOXO, Rae
Hello everyone! It’s been a while since I posted an outfit so here we are!
Today I am going to talk about mixing and matching neutral colors and playing around with them in your day-to-day outfits. Neutral colors are a beautiful thing to me because they can be inserted into almost every outfit. For me, they’re basically a staple!
